I.Basque Championship of Dodgeball 2021
On 28th of August, saturday, the Basque Association of Beach Tennis and Minority Sports organized the I. Basque Championship of Dodgeball using the rules of the World Dodgeball Association. We are members of that association since June of 2021.
That day ee created two teams; Bizkaitarrak eta Jaurti Baloia and we played three games. Bizkaitarrak won the tournament after winning two games and drawing one. In the third and last match, Darlyn was the hero. He eliminated 3 players and then caught the ball, freeing Egoitz and finally winning the match.
The members of our association usually get together twice a month to play sports and from now on Dodgeball will be another of the sports that we will practice. In fact, it will be one of the sports that we give more importance to.
We will organize the Basque Dodgeball Championship once a year and the Basque League of Dodgeball for 2-4 days annually. Initially we will be two teams but we will try to encourage more players to be able to create a third team for our championships.
On the other hand, we also hope to be able to participate in the official championships organized by the World Dodgeball Association such as the World Championship or the European Championship. Here the results and classification of this first Basque Championship:

Bizkaitarrak won to Jaurti Balioa ( Bizkaitarrak finished with 2 players)

Bizkaitarrak and Jaurti Baloia draw (When there are two players, one in each side, they decide tofinish and draw)
