Governance Structure
The World Dodgeball Association hierarchical structure outlines the
communication channels, representation from all official continental
governing bodies across each board and committee.
Legal Entity
The World Dodgeball Association is a constituted body that
is currently incorporated as a voluntary sector, not for profit, Company
Limited by Guarantee and Social Enterprise. The Governance Structure of
the organisation is self assessed biannually by the board and general
assembly members.
Board
The Board comprises of six members as follows: President, Americas
Ambassador, Australasian Ambassador, European Ambassador, African
Ambassador and the Legal Counsel.
